I feel like new after leaving this place. I got the 20 min neck, shoulders and back massage with Maree and will definitely be back. Despite my partner and I walking in with no appointment on boxing day, they welcomed us and were very friendly the whole time. The room was beautiful, and very clean, and I was offered water before beginning (+sweets while waiting), which I loved! Maree was lovely to talk to and gives an amazing massage, exactly what my back and neck needed! We highly recommend this place!

Had mixed experiences, so I was doubting how many stars to give: my first massage here was not good, but Orchid Thai contacted me about it and arranged a ‘retry’ That massage was perfect, everything I expected from an oil massage at a Thai salon. Since I will definitely be visiting them again (I’ll be asking for Mary 😉), a five star review and recommendation to check them out yourself seemed the best approach.

The room was beautiful and the massage therapist was nice and welcoming. The massage started off good- she massaged my legs and stretched my back but then there were two interruptions where she had to leave the room, but I didn’t mind, until I realized at the end she ended the massage a few minutes before the hour was up even factoring in the two times she left the room. The great majority of the massage-probably 45 minutes- was just her massaging one arm and not the other (not sure why) and rubbing oil on my back in circles even though I asked for medium pressure. No kneading or massage techniques were used. Disappointed and sadly I cannot recommend.

I went in August for the treat for 2 which was fabulous experience. I have been a few times and thoroughly enjoy it each time. Jacuzzi and bubbles are great and the massage is even better. Thanks, will definitely be back!

Amazing place! Been to the venue on great Victoria street quite a few times now and definitely will be coming back! They have a walk in option available and lots of different types of massages. Went in few times for 20 minute back neck and shoulder massage and honestly each time after it felt reborn and rejuvenated 😄 Masseuse Tania is very professional and know exactly what my back need 👌 Place is very clean, smell nice and have nice relaxing music in each room. Highly recommend!

I had a massage on Wednesday. The massage was top level and the lady clearly was an expert. What left a lot to be desired was the staff members ‘bedside’ manner. She wasn’t rude but she was not polite either. When I arrived she just pointed to a room and didn’t introduce herself or anything. There was no after massage guidance as well….the better places tell you to drink water and so on. The massage rooms are also noisy and you can hear people in the next room giggling and messing about. Also other customers entering the building is noisy and wrecks the ambience of a massage.

First time here (Grt Victoria St) yesterday on a walk in appointment, which firstly is so convenient, rather that trying to fit a specific time into my busy week. I didn't have to wait at all and was taken straight into the room for the back, neck and shoulder massage as requested. I have to say, this was thee best massage I've ever had. I wanted extra firm pressure as my neck and shoulders were so crunchy and full of knots, and that's exactly what I got. Afterwards I felt like the lady massaged a years worth of stress out of my body! She asked a few times if I was happy with the pressure, which I was. All the knots and tension was completely worked out, I don't think anyone has ever achieved that in any massage I've had. I'll definitely be back and making this a regular part of my self care routine. They even do lunchtime 20 min massages, what a fab idea. Based on my experience, Would definitely recommend. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been there a few times before during the last year. My recent visit wasn’t the best and the lady who did it for me was not friendly as the way i have been always treated there! I was always asked if i want some extra pressure on certain parts of the body especially my back and every time the girls were happy to do so. However, the last time it wasnt the case! The lady was a bit aggressive and she kept mentioning the cost of the treatment in case i want some extra adjustments which i dont really mind but “Its the way of her reacting”. Not sure if i will go back there again.
